Small Cookie Tray (12 inches) - 6 Dozen - Choose up to three varieties, NOT INCLUDING SUGAR OR GINGERBREAD - $25

Medium Cookie Tray (16 inches) - 8 Dozen - Choose up to 4 varieties, can include Sugar OR Gingerbread - $35

LARGE Cookie Tray (18 inches) - 12 Dozen - Choose up to 5 Varieties, can include both sugar AND Gingerbread - $55

Cupcakes (They're like cake, but smaller)

Cupcakes are 3 inches across and come in individual papers. Standard icing is Buttercream but special requests can generally be accomodated.

Chocolate-Coconut - $10 per dozen

Gingerbread Cookies

Gingerbread Cookies (and Sugar Cookies) typically come with a powdered sugar glaze and are available in WHATEVER shape you might want. Popular shapes are angels, Christmas Trees, Alphabet cookies (made to spell out the name of the birthday boy or girl), Shamrocks (for St. Patty's Day) and ZOMBIES for Halloween. I challenge you to think of a shape which cannot be made.

Chocolate Chip (available with or without walnuts). Few things say "LOVE" more then fresh chocolate chip cookies. Best served with a glass of cold 2% Milk or Hot Cocoa.

Oatmeal Raisin (Traditional Comfort Food, 150% Comfort Level Increase Guaranteed)

 

These Oatmeal Raisin Cookies are as traditional as they get. Made with Raisin, Craisins (Dried Cranberries) Walnut and Coconut they hit the spot on a cold wintery day and are low in "added" sugars which make them a treat that a young diabetic can enjoy (within moderation). 

This recipe I inherited from my mother and as a child were a sweet treat for an A on a report card. Great for motivating and rewarding young children.
